Effective November 8, 2026
PetCard does not create an account. PetCard has no user accounts. This policy explains what data the app handles.
Photos you pick stay on your device until you agree to send them. If you agree, only the selected pet photos, the theme you chose, and any pet names or headline text you enter are sent through our Cloudflare server to fal.ai, which runs Google's Gemini image model to create card variations. PetCard does not read your whole photo library.
Our server does not store your photos or the generated images. fal.ai may keep request data (including images) in its request history, by default for up to 90 days, under its own terms. We do not use your photos for advertising.
Subscriptions are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes payment; we never receive your card details.
The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites. We do not sell personal data.
The app is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.
You can clear on-device data in the app's Settings. Deleting on-device data does not cancel a subscription. To request deletion of server-side records linked to your device or subscription, email us.
We may update this policy and will change the date above.
