NailMatch has no user accounts. This policy explains what data the app handles.
This version does not run AI try-on, and photos never leave your device. Your selected photos, choices and reports stay on your device.
Any future AI feature would ship only after this policy is updated to explain its data handling and any required consent.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The respective store processes payment; we never receive your card details. Manage or cancel your subscription in the respective store account settings.
The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites. We do not sell personal data.
The app is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.
You can clear on-device data in the app's Settings. Deleting on-device data does not cancel a subscription. To request deletion of server-side records linked to your device or subscription, email us.
We may update this policy and will change the date above.
